Pet Pro Booking

Having lost our cat ourselves to poor vet care, and realizing it’s actually very common, we want to avoid anyone going though that. We quietly launched our MVP (pet services directory with verified professionals) in March. Since then we’ve attracted +500 unique users, +800 site visits, 14 verified professionals. No marketing budget spent. We have 200 people on our waiting list for online booking. We participated in Nexus where we also had 3 partnerships with top rated professionals and are currently having discussions of collaboration with pet insurance companies. We send a newsletter every month to 250 pet owners and professionals; it gets 50-60% open rate. The community is with us, we are in constant communication. We’re meeting professionals and pet owners and building this platform with and for them. We’re planning to launch online booking in September and tackle other pain points in the pet industry.
